TypePad Pages

July 19th, 2007 Author: Grant Griffiths

The folks at TypePad are now offering a new feature called TypePad Pages. Pages allows you to make what is for the most part a static page within your blog. You can use it to make a detailed contact page listing all the ways for your readers to reach you. You can also use it to provide detailed directions or even a map to your office.

With the new TypePad Pages, you can use all the power of TypePad’s posting tools to create as many individual web pages as you want. And those pages have all the power of TypePad’s widgets and rich media features, automatically inheriting the look and feel you’ve chosen for your blog.

The feature is available at all accounts levels, to all TypePad Members. Like all TypePad features it is easy to do. To create a Page, go to Compose > Page and add Page content (text, images, video, etc…) just as you would a post. We will be providing a Screencast using this great feature.
