Blawg for Profit is a produced jointly by Michael Sherman and Grant Griffiths.

Michael has a thriving divorce and family law practice in Mobile, Alabama, and a nationwide coaching and consulting marketing company for solo and small firm lawyers. He maintains three blogs: his practice area blog (www.alabamafamilylawblog.com), a lawyer marketing blog (www.lawforprofit.com) and this blog with Grant which is dedicated to helping lawyers attract clients with their own practice area blog (www.blawgforprofit.com). As a result of his family law blog, Michael has received numerous clients (including recently a client with a marital estate of just under $10 million), media inquiries (including from Time magazine), and various speaking invitations and interview requests.

Grant’s primary focus with his law practice is also family law. He serves client throughout Kansas. In addition he provides consulting to solo and small firms on the use of blogging as a marketing tool. Grant’s primary marketing tool for his family law practice is his blog, the Kansas Family and Divorce Lawyer (http://kansasfamilylawblog.lexblog.com/). He also publishes the Home Office Lawyer Blog (http://homeofficelawyerblog.com) as well as the Blawg for Profit blog (http://blawgforprofit.com) with Michael. Grant’s family law blog has been very successful as a marketing tool. He averages between 15 to 20 contacts and request for information a week from the blog.
